Operations Assistant (Temp Position – August to December)
Location: Paignton | Full-time, Temp | Manufacturing/Production Experience Required

We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to play a key role in our operations team — someone who can assist in the smooth running of our production floor and warehouse, drive high standards, and support the delivery of quality products on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes ownership of processes, and is passionate about efficiency, quality control, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading and managing the production and warehouse team
• Oversee booking in/out of all raw materials and finished goods
• Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming components and finished goods
• Maintain accurate documentation both manually and through our Odoo ERP system
• Quickly identify and report any damaged, missing, or lost inventory
• Monitor the progress of production orders and stock availability
• Support the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality products on tight schedules
• Report levels of rejects and surplus stock to enable corrective actions
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with legal regulations
• Monitor and achieve KPIs as set by the Operations Manager
• Foster open communication between employees and management
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience using Odoo or other ERP systems (preferred)
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and quality systems

Admin Assistant (Temp Position – August to December)
Location: Paignton | Full-Time, Temp | No Prior Experience Required – Just Bring a Can-Do Attitude!
Are you confident using a computer, organised, and ready to take on a new challenge?
We’re looking for a proactive and switched-on Admin Assistant to support our busy operations team during a peak period from August to December. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced working environment, with full training provided.
If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys a mix of admin and hands-on tasks, and works well under pressure, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete full induction training including right to work checks and onboarding paperwork
• Set up new employees on our time and attendance system
• Support the Operations Manager with training, team coordination, and ensuring effective communication — especially with non-English speaking staff
• Manage all ecommerce orders including customer service and dispatch coordination
• Keep all paperwork accurate and up to date
• Help maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment
• Track and report performance metrics (KPIs) as directed by the Operations Manager
• Maintain open communication across departments
• Pitch in on production lines when admin duties are complete
Who We’re Looking For:
• You’re confident using computers and digital systems, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry tools
• You’re organised, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks at once
• You’re a quick learner and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved
• You enjoy being part of a team and are happy to support wherever needed
• Previous admin or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – we’ll provide full training!
